For Need For Speed, go to Config -> Video (GS) -> Plugin Settings, click "Enable HW Hacks", go to Configure Hacks and set Skipdraw to 1. Your cpu STP is barely 1600 which is the minimum recommended for most 3d games (not all).My cpu have around 2200 stp and I still can't play SotC without speed hacks. Bug Squad!

I believe we are talking about Need For Speed Most Wanted (2005). The game has a split screen mode for consoles, I used to play with a friend long ago. 2010 reboot has no split screen
Yesterday, I logged off NFS Most Wanted 2012, and today when I launch the game, it is frozen on the loading screen. It's a black screen with a white loading symbol. This issue hasn't happened to me before, and I'm confused about what to do. I've restarted my PC as well, but it doesn't help.

Steering wheels can be USED, but the game doesn't support them. There's no proper force feedback. If you can tolerate playing like that, a wheel will reportedly "work". I personally would rather just play something else. Nothing we do can prevent half the people in the world from having below average intelligence.
Turn off cloud saving on nfs mw. navigate to My Documents> Criterion> and just delete the nfs mw folder. Open Windows Firewall. Click Advanced settings. Highlight āOutbound Rulesā. Click New Rule on the right side. Have Program selected and hit next. Click Browse and Navigate to where nfs mw is installed.
